SA police appalled at drug and alcohol testing results

Would you drive your child to or from school while being under the influence of drugs or alcohol?

Hopefully most people would say no, but, as police in South Australia have discovered, some people are willing to take the risk.

According to an article on the 9 News website, South Australian police  nabbed six drivers for failing drug testing while taking children to and from school on a single day earlier this week in a school time blitz. In addition, a further three people failed alcohol testing. Officers said in the article that they were “appalled” to detect the drivers taking such unnecessary risks.
