Meet Kristy Spilsbury – Owner, Integrity Sampling Tasmania

Kristy Spilsbury is the proud owner of the Integrity Sampling Tasmania franchise, bringing more than 20 years' experience in compliance, quality management, workplace safety and customer service.

Throughout her career, Kristy has worked with organisations including TasWater, Coates Hire and Rare Innovation, gaining extensive experience in quality assurance, ISO 9001 internal auditing, regulatory compliance and client relationship management. She is also a qualified Drug and Alcohol Collector Technician and is committed to delivering professional, reliable and confidential workplace testing services.

As the Tasmanian Franchise Owner, Kristy's focus is on providing responsive, high-quality drug and alcohol testing services that help businesses maintain safe, compliant and productive workplaces. Being locally based enables her to provide personalised support, fast response times and a genuine understanding of the needs of Tasmanian businesses.

Outside of work, Kristy lives just outside Launceston with her husband, Andrew, their six-year-old daughter, Ava, and their two much-loved dogs. Family is at the centre of everything she does, and she enjoys spending quality time with her extended family and close friends whenever she can.

When she's not working, you'll often find Kristy planning her next adventure, camping, fishing, swimming, working out at the gym, or listening to podcasts. She believes in living life to the fullest and brings that same energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the relationships she builds with her clients.

Kristy is passionate about supporting Tasmanian businesses through reliable workplace drug and alcohol testing, delivered with professionalism, integrity and exceptional customer service.
