If you are looking to return or exchange your order, Integrity Sampling may be able to help. If the item arrives faulty or damaged, or does not match the listing description, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund using the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have original accessories, manuals, certificates, tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact Integrity Sampling on (03) 9478 3116 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have ready / include your order number, details of the product you purchased and why a return is necessary.
- We will provide further instructions on how to return the product to us.
- We will refund or replace your item ASAP, usually within days of receiving your returned product.
- Integrity Sampling will warrant all returns for items not working, damaged or does not match the listing description.
- Integrity Sampling is responsible for return postage if the item does not match the listing description or arrived damaged or faulty.
