Is hair testing accepted in legal or industrial relations proceedings?

Yes, hair drug testing is widely accepted in both legal and industrial relations contexts. In fact, it’s probably more used in the legal profession than any other industry. Hair testing is favoured due to its reliability and non-invasiveness for detecting long-term drug use. See our post on hair drug testing in the legal profession for more details.
