How do we assess the effectiveness of our drug and alcohol education program?

To assess effectiveness, collect feedback from participants through surveys or discussions to gauge understanding and engagement. Monitor workplace data such as incident reports, absenteeism, and drug test results for any trends or improvements. Review whether staff can recall key policy points and procedures. Regularly evaluate the content to ensure it remains current and relevant. Ongoing reviews help identify gaps and guide improvements.
